Why we ask for your data: Italian law requires hosts to report the identity of every guest to the Police (art. 109 TULPS and Ministerial Decree of 7 January 2013, "Alloggiati Web"), to send arrival statistics to the Veneto Region (ROSS1000, Regional Law 11/2013) and to apply the City of Venice tourist tax.

Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Providing the data is mandatory: without it we cannot host you.
